Managing
Depression, Anxiety and Stress
This course helps participants to understand the symptoms of
depression, anxiety and stress, and impact on these conditions
of health and lifestyle issues, thinking and coping skills, and
the concept of meaning in life.
Participants are equipped with techniques for improving their
thinking patterns. They learn coping skills such as problem solving
for things that can be changed, and ways to improve their emotional
responses to problems they cannot change.
Participants are also helped to develop life goals, and to find
meaning in their everyday activities.
